1. Who we are

1.1guardpost.uk is run by GUARDPOST CONNECTIONS LTD, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 17454609, whose registered office is at 21 Lockington Crescent, Dunstable, LU5 4ST. Contact us at support@guardpost.uk.

1.2By using the site you accept these terms. If you have an account, our terms for handlers or for clients apply as well.

2. Using the site

2.1Accounts are for businesses booking security, and for licensed handlers aged 18 or over.

2.2Do not use the site unlawfully, give false information, or pretend to be somebody else.

2.3Do not copy or collect content from the site by automated means, try to get into parts of it you are not allowed into, test its security without our written permission, or do anything that interferes with how it works.

2.4Job details, site addresses and contact details are confidential. Use them only for the booking they were given for.

3. What is on the site

3.1Jobs are posted by clients, and profiles are written by handlers. We check handlers’ documents as our terms describe, but we do not check everything people write.

3.2We aim to keep the site available, but we do not promise it always will be. Booked handlers and clients are emailed a job sheet, so the essentials of a booking do not depend on the site being up.

3.3The GuardPost name, design and software belong to us. You may not reuse them without our permission.

3.4Links to other websites, such as the SIA register or Companies House, are for convenience. We are not responsible for those sites.

4. Liability and law

4.1We are not liable for any loss from using the site that was not reasonably foreseeable. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

4.2These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales can decide any dispute about them.
